Estimates take 5-7 business days upon receiving the camera. Our current turnaround time for all 35mm, Rangefinders, Medium format, and Large format cameras is 4 to 6 weeks. Digital cameras have a current turnaround time of 3-4 weeks.

Estimates take 5-7 business days, with the understanding that certain estimates may take longer, (due to testing, parts, availability, etc.)
The $50 fee covers a non refundable $25 handling fee and will go towards the cost of the repair if the estimate is accepted. The remaining $25 will be used towards shipping the camera back to you when it's done. If the shipping is more than $25 we may have to charge more for larger cameras.
Labor estimates are good for 30 days. Part cost and availability are subject to change at any time.
We do not have a Rush Service available for film camera repairs.
Labor and part estimates do not include sales tax; sales tax will apply when the repair is complete.
An estimate is not a firm diagnosis, all estimates are subject to being re-estimated.
The initial estimate must be approved before your equipment is placed in line for service.
We will contact you with a re-estimate if the parts required exceed $30 for 35mm, or medium/large format parts exceeding $50.
Equipment left longer than 90 days will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of.
We will not be held responsible for images on film or memory cards left in cameras.
All repairs come with a 90 day warranty.
PLEASE NOTE: If our technician works on your equipment (after the original estimate is approved) and determines that it is not repairable, parts needed are not available, it needs factory service that you decline, or if you decline the part cost or a re-estimate, there will be an additional $50 fee for disassembly/full evaluation/ reassembly. The $50 charge will be waived if you choose disposal of your equipment. We will not return equipment to you disassembled under any circumstances, Reassembly is required to leave the lab.
