This camera is fully functional with all shutter speeds from 2 seconds to 1/1000th including Bulb mode. It also has a super helpful depth of preview button to help you decide which fstop to use to obtain the desired focus. The light meter is not only working but it is SPOT ON. Set your iso from 12 all the way up to 3200! All you need is some 35mm film of your choice and you'll be able to make some incredible images.
