The Canon EOS 5 is a 35mm autofocus SLR from 1992, sold in the US as the EOS A2E. It was the world's first 35mm SLR with Eye Controlled Focus, letting you choose one of its five focus points just by looking at it. Shutter speeds run from 30 seconds to 1/8000 and it shoots up to about 5 frames per second, making it a capable workhorse for everything from portraits to action.

This kit includes the Canon EF 24-105mm f/4L IS USM, a professional L-series zoom with image stabilization and a constant f/4 aperture. It covers wide angle to short telephoto in one lens, great for travel, events, and everyday shooting. The EOS 5 also offers a built-in flash, evaluative and spot metering, and program, aperture priority, shutter priority, and manual modes.

This specific unit features the Quartz Date back for imprinting the date on your frames.
