Our goal is simple: scans you love, every time. COLOR FILM ONLY. 3-5 business day turnaround. Production is closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Same Day Rushes must be received at our Provo location by 1:00pm or our Orem & SLC locations by 2:00pm. No Same Day Rushes available on Saturday.

This service includes:

• Film development and scanning
• Per-frame image correction performed in-scanner by a tech
• Image rotation
• A light editing/QC pass in Lightroom to ensure consistency to your color preferences
• Each roll's folder labeled with film stock
• Archival sleeving
• Option for 16-bit TIFFS: Upgrade to TIFFS for files with maximum detail and flexibility. TIFSS are a lossless file for professional-grade editing.

If revisions need to be made the lab may charge the card on file, refund, or issue a store credit. To avoid a service fee, please place your film order before mailing it to theFINDlab. If you select shipping for your negatives, a fee will be charged to your card on file once the negatives and/or prints are ready to ship. Current shipping rate is $12.95 per package.

All taxes, duties, tariffs, or additional shipping costs accrued during domestic or international shipping are the responsibility of the shipper. If invoices are received on behalf of the shipper, theFINDlab will send an invoice to the client shipping film for payment.

*Custom Scan orders are delivered within 3–5 business days. Once your film is received and invoiced, we will provide a target completion date for your order. While we work hard to meet every target due date, production volume can occasionally require us to adjust schedules. If that happens, we will communicate any changes promptly and ensure your order is completed within our standard 5 business day turnaround time.
