This workshop teaches the basics you need to know to start printing in the darkroom.
Come learn how to print from your black and white negatives! Just bring your negs and we'll provide all the chemistry! Paper will be available for purchase. The first 45 minutes to an hour will be dedicated to instruction, followed by open printing time with your instructor available to answer questions.
This workshop will cover:
Operating darkroom equipment including Enlargers and Darkroom timers.
Developing prints using darkroom Chemistry and times.
Making exposure test strips.
Selecting an exposure for your print.
Producing a final print.
Troubleshooting your prints
Workshops will be conducted from 10am to 12pm in the Darkroom at the Analog Community Center -187 W Center St Provo, UT 84601.
