• Entry Fee: $1 per image up to 5 images. Selection Fee: $50 per artwork chosen.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES: We are looking Film photos only. Photos will be printed at 11x14in. Please ensure submitted files are at least that size at 240dpi at that size.

TERMS AND AGREEMENT: If artwork is chosen theFINDlab will charge the card on file $50 per artwork selected, up to two pieces per artist. Selection fee covers the printing, matting, and framing of selected artworks, for the artist to keep after the show. Prints will be printed on a Moab Lasal Luster at 11x14 and matted in a 16x20 black frame. If the artist chooses to sell artwork during the show theFINDlab will take a 30% commission.

Usage Rights: You grant theFINDlab to display your submitted images. theFINDlab reserves the right to use or not use any submitted images at its discretion.

Marketing and Promotion: You grant theFINDlab permission to use your images for the purpose of marketing and promoting the gallery show, both online and in person. This may include, but is not limited to, social media posts, website content, print materials, and event displays.

Ownership: You retain full ownership of your images. By submitting, you confirm that you are the sole owner of the rights to the images and have the legal authority to grant usage rights to theFINDlab. You agree not to submit images that are owned by others or that infringe upon any third-party rights. This agreement does not transfer ownership, only the rights for usage as specified above.

Credit: Proper credit will be given to you as the creator of the images wherever they are used. The credit will be based on the information you provide with your submission.

Framed prints are available to pick up July7th-12th. If pieces are not picked up by that date, we will charge the card on file and ship to the address on billing information. By submitting to the FIND Community Art Show you are agree to the terms listed above.
