ILFORD XP2 SUPER is a fast, sharp, black & white film with fine grain and wide exposure latitude. It is extremely versatile to use making it an excellent all-rounder even in unpredictable lighting or high-contrast scenes.

Unlike other B&W films XP2 is developed in C-41 chemistry alongside color negative films. This allows for less expensive processing with faster turn around times. XP2 also doesn't require dedusting after scanning when scanned with digital ICE.

We recommend rating XP2 between 200 and 400ISO, and it can be pushed up to 3200. If you love grain, shoot it closer to the box speed or underexpose your photos. If you want inky blacks similar to Tri-X, overexpose.
