The Nikonos III is a 35mm amphibious film camera built to shoot both underwater and on land. Fully mechanical and housed in a tough, corrosion-resistant body, it’s waterproof to 50 meters (160 feet) with no housing required. Many shooters consider it the most rugged and reliable model in the Nikonos line, and it’s still a favorite for surfing, diving, kayaking, and rainy day shooting.

This setup includes the W-Nikkor 35mm f/2.5, a versatile wide angle lens designed to work both in and out of the water. It uses zone focusing with a clear distance scale, making it quick and intuitive to shoot without looking through a rangefinder. Underwater, its field of view narrows slightly to roughly that of a 47mm lens, a natural perspective for capturing marine life and divers.

All sales of film, merchandise, super 8 and point & shoot cameras, are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns on working cameras will incur a 20% restocking fee. For cameras found to not be functioning we offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the camera must be in its original cosmetic condition, with all packaging and accessories included. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
