How to order:
1. Prepare your files:
Files MUST match the size of the print you are ordering at 300 DPI. So a 5x7 must be saved at 5 inches by 7 inches at 300 dpi.
If files are uploaded at a smaller resolution will not be reprinted or refunded so please size your prints accordingly. If files are uploaded in a different size and un-cropped we reserve the right to make an appropriate crop and are void of any reprinting.
2. Organize your folders:
Place each file in a folder titled with the size of the print AND PAPER TYPE (if you are ordering multiple paper types). For example, if you are ordering an 8x10, a 5x7, and a 4x6, each file must be sized accordingly and saved in an appropriately named folder (8x10 files in the 8x10 titled folder). If you have 5x7's that are going to be printed on Gallery Luster Paper and 5x7's that will be printed on Fuji Crystal Archival Paper, the files will need to be saved in their own folder named with with the size and paper type. Save any files of the same size and same paper type into the same folder. Then place each folder into a parent folder bearing your last name.
3. Compress and Upload:
Once you have files prepped, compress the parent folder into a zip file and upload it using this page. Then add the sizes/ quantities of prints you need, select if you want borders, boutique packaging, and then if you want the prints drop shipped to your client directly or shipped back to you.
If you are drop shipping, please enter the client's name and address in the notes when you check out.
4. Choose your Sizes:
Once you have uploaded your zip file then choose the size of print you want and the quantities and hit add to cart. For example, if you have (3) 8x10's, (5), 5x7's and (10) 4x6's, you'll want to choose the 8x10 size and change the quantity to 3, then hit add to cart, Then choose the 5x7 size and change the quantity to 5 and hit add to cart, then finally choose the 4x6 size, change the quantity to 10 and hit add to cart. So simple!
