How to Prep & Upload Your Files

1. Prep Your Files

• Save files at the exact print size you’re ordering, at 300 DPI.
  • Example: a 5×7 print must be saved as 5 in × 7 in at 300 DPI.
• Files uploaded at lower resolution or wrong size may be cropped by us. No refunds or reprints for incorrect sizing.

2. Organize Your Folders

• Create a folder for each print size and paper type.
  • Example: “8x10 Fuji Crystal” or “5x7 Gallery Luster.”
• Place all files of the same size/paper type into the same folder.
• Put all these folders into one parent folder labeled with your last name.

3. Compress & Upload

• Zip the parent folder.
• Upload the .zip file on this page.
• Add print details (size, quantity, borders, boutique packaging, drop shipping, etc.).
• If drop shipping, include the client’s name and address in checkout notes.

4. Add to Cart

• Select each size and update quantity before adding to cart.
  • Example: For (3) 8x10s, (5) 5x7s, and (10) 4x6s → add each size separately with correct quantities.
